“Inside Government with Guy Cosentino” & “Beyond the Front Page with Guy Cosentino” are recorded at the Cayuga Community College on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons by the students of the College’s Telecom/Media Department.
Time Warner customers will see a broadcast directly from the college on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm on Auburn Time Warner Cable Channel 12.
ARMA will broadcast additional airings at the following times:
Saturday & Sundays starting at 5pm. Programs will also air as part of the local government programming block which begins at noon with the Auburn City Council Meeting on both Saturday and Sunday.
Mondays following the Auburn City Council Meeting (approx. 8:30pm)
Wednesdays starting at 8am.
The shows can also be seen on the Telcom Dept’s YouTube channel (Media@Cayuga)as a live stream Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30. The shows are archived on YouTube and can also be accessed any time after the live stream is finished.

On Tuesday, February 28th the guest on “Inside Government with Guy Cosentino” will be Owasco Town Supervisor Edward Wagner. Mr. Wagner will be asked about recent developments regarding Owasco Lake and issues related to the Town, including upgrades at its water plant. The show airs at 7 PM on Time Warner 12 on Tuesday. The show will air at 7:30 PM on Time Warner 12 on Tuesday. He will be giving a County Update and also asked about the Governor’s proposal for government consolidation and the resignation of County Administrator Suzanne Sinclair. The show will focus on her new responsibilities and the $400,000 grant that pays for the Coalition through the not for profit, Confidential Help for Alcohol and Drugs.
